- Innovation Day & Grand Challenge Gala only - $245
- Guest registration (meals only) - $345
If your company orders 3 or more Full Conference tickets (including Innovation Day/Grand Challenge Gala), you are entitled to the group rate of $595 per ticket.
- If all the tickets are on the same order, an automatic adjustment will be made to your invoice.
- If you used online payment (i.e., PayPal) or registered 3 or more people individually, please email COINS to request an adjustment.
There is no group rate for Innovation Day/Gala tickets or Guest tickets.
Registration for the conference closes on May 24th.
Cancelling Conference Registration
Cancellation of conference registrations will be allowed up to 14 days before the event starts, i.e., May 20th. Please email Kimber England at COINS for assistance.
- If COINS has already received payment for the order either online (PayPal) or per an invoice, we will issue a refund by check.
- If cancelling a single ticket on a group order of 3 or more Full Conference tickets, the refund will reflect an adjustment based on the order’s group rate.
You have the right to substitute another attendee instead of cancelling a ticket. See “Substituting Attendees” below.
A ticket can be reassigned to another person if the original delegate is unable to attend. Please email Kimber England at COINS for assistance.
Substitutions will be accepted up to the week before the conference.
Changing or Cancelling Accommodation Reservations
All changes regarding accommodations must be made directly with JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa. Use the Manage Reservations link on the resort’s dedicated reservation website to do so.
Per the resort policy, lodging cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
